XP-boot disk to change partition size?? that can run from CD only.Toshiba laptop-15gigs hidden!

Unless you have:
1: A full version of XP
2. A third party partition manager
3. A whole lot of time to waste

then leave WELL ALONE.

SHould you cause any corruption of this 'reserved' partition, then you will
be unable to restore or recover you PC to an operational status in the event
of error.

Toshiba has built the system and the recovery process in such a manner and
as mentioned, unless you have items 1, 2 and 3 you will be best advised to
ignore this 15Gb.

I am wanting to change my parittion sizes as my toshiba laptop seems to have
hidden about 15gigs of space !! Apparently there is a saved image copy of my
hdd (says so during recovery installation) but i dont think it would be
15gigs.
I have tried partition magic*,it did manage to see and allow me to use that
missing 15gigs,once (during the setting up of partition sizes etc..).It now
will not enable the 15gigs to be used and does not even show it is there on
the hdd.I have also tried the Acronis Partitin Expert,and that will not show
the missing 15gigs at all.
I tried to obtain a win98 boot disk that hasFDISK as i want to also change
my partitions, from the web, but they will not write to cd* as i do not have
a fdd*.Does anyone know where i can get a copy that will write to CD ????
