XP Backup Utility

Hi,

I am using Windows XP SP2. I have scheduled my XP Backup Utility to
automatically back up my "Documents and Settings" on a certain day and
time. If I do it manually, when the backup is finished, there'll be a
window for me to view or print the report. But when it is being
automatically done, I do not see that window. But I can see that the
backup was done.

Is there a way I can find the backup report so I can print or view
it?

Any comments/advice will be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Backing up to what, youre backing up documents & settings & the data is
saved on youre C: drive.Whats the use,if C: fails or the OS,youre "backup" is
failed also..Try running the FTW from xp cd,set as old pc,select
files,folders,
settings, etc to save, save to new folder, when the data is complete, move to cd.
With this backup, its always available, plus, you can/could install the user
settings on any pc that uses xp FTW...

It's buried deep in the file system under the profile of the user that
did the backup. Search for backup*.log under "Documents and Settings".

As I recall the backup files are called backup01.log, etc, but I could
be wrong.

Cheers,
