xp backup program

hi i have a tape backup error 8019 , cant find any info
on it .plz help

also have another tape problem , it will do incrimentals
backups mon to thurs when schedulled , but when doing
full fri backup it wont work when scheduled , but can do
manuelly .

I am a pc tech in remote area , so finding it difficult
to get help on these two issues for 2 different customers
ok .
so any help would be great , plz email to me

What tape backup system/software are you using? No way to answer you
without more information about your setups. No free email tech support,
sorry.
