XP Arbic interface

I have purchase new PC, I found the win XP interface is
Arabic.
How can I change the interface to English without re
installing win XP again?
Please help.

It will require a re-install with another version of XP. Discuss this
with the vendor from whom you purchased the computer. Hopefully they
can exchange it for you to the English version of XP.
