xp and Zonealarm

I installed ZoneAlarm free version and everything runs fine till my wife and
daughter signs on. When they do, ZoneAlarm blocks the internet connection.
Due to the ISP that I am using I am unable to use the built in firewall that
XP offers. I have looked at the ZoneAlarm site and my ISP's and have found
nothing. Would anyone know how I can share ZoneAlarm with the other users?

Did you install it as The Administrator?
I don't understand why you can't use the XP firewall......

The pc that I am referring to is using a satellite connection and the ports
that are use's and block are very difficult to setup and they are always
changing. Starband is the service that I am referring too and it really
sucks but I am stuck with it for 4 more months. But your first question was
the tip that I needed, thank you.
