XP and software hang up

I recently recieved a new toshiba laptop A15-S157 with XP
an everything preinstalled along with hot fixes, I did a
few critical updates as well. Everything is ok untill
after I install my last program which was a office suite
that is available here http://www.e-press.com
Now trying to run the calendar it begins to load and just
hangs there on the splash screen.
I've installed this on a Win2000pro desktop and all ran
just perfect. Weather it's a XP problem hanging this or
something for laptop I do not know(or antoher program I
have installed). I have contacted the software provider
and they can not reproduce the problems on there 2000
systems, of course, so can not fix this. I have tried to
contact toshiba and have no responces. Can anybody help,
I love this software.

I have already read through the faq page as it should
always be a first, but to no avail. that is why I had to
contact the software provider.
