XP and .Net account DESPERATE FOR HELP!

Im desperate to remove the .net and ZP account association which gives me
hotmail notifications at the welcome screen. The account is not listed in the
"Manage my network passwords" but I keep getting these notifications no
matter what I do. I think this has somthing to do with .net and ZP
association but im not 100% sure.

Would appreciate any help I can get on this as it is driving me insaine!
