XP and Internet Explorer

Whenever Internet Explorer is opened CPU usage goes way
up. Even after IE is closed, the CPU stay up until
reboot. I'm sure something is staying running the the
background, but not sure what it is.

Do you have realplayer installed? Check to see if rnadmin is running.
