xp and IE

as administrator on xp, i can easily access web pages.
however, all other accounts are having trouble. IE
appears to be hung up or frozen. anything i can do to
fix the problem? this just happened in the last day or
so. Thanks
 
I'm experiencing this same problem and it does seem
recent. Even when i restored my pc to a previous image
the same thing occured. Only administrators can open IE
browser but limited access users can't - it looks like
it's about to open the closes after about 10 seconds.
There was some sort of kb article but for NT not XP.

Any of you MVP techies got any ideas?
