Hello Nick
I find your post almost impossible to follow - sorry but it needs some
punctuation i.e. fullstops etc - Plus CAPITAL letters at the start of each
new sentence. A clean-up of grammar and syntax would also help.
I know this might not be what you want, but go here - I did before building
my first system.

Others may suggest other good sites. This was just one of some recommended
to me.
I doubt anyone will give you a full answer - it would take a long time to
compose - and this group is not really for this type of thread.
When you have decided what you want a computer to do, seek out forums on
that subject to get product feedback etc.
This is a polite reply - believe me - and may well have prevented some
rather rude and sarcastic comments from others.
On the other hand, you never know, somebody might..........?????
Good luck - it is a great feeling when you have built that first system
