Does anyone know if there are versions of IE/NN that
Microsoft explicitly does not support with XP?

Hi Geoff,

Don't know about NN, but only IE6 is supported in WinXP, earlier versions
are not.

I think you can USE any of the 32 bit Netscape versions.

XP comes with IE 6, deeply integrated with the system, and you should
not attempt to install any earlier version. Netscape prior to version
4.79 (and sometimes that) will in any case have great difficulty with
the cascading style sheets that are now common on web pages, and I would
want some later version

Hi!Geoff!
Internet Explorer 6 is associated with Windows XP as default browser.
You may use the latest version of Netscape [7.1],it runs well with xp.
You can't use any internet explorer version earlier than 6 with xp.And
netscape version earlier than 4.79 will cause you problem.
