When I open the XP, it always starts with the folder Program Files.
I believe it is also the reason I can't open an attachment with in
Agent.
If I reinstall Agent it behaves normally until I restart the computer,
an indication the problem probably reside in the registry.

I have been told this is the result of a virus . In order to remove
this virus I need to know it's name

Help any one ?
Thanks

In order to find out the name of the virus, you would scan with a
current version (not earlier than 2003) antivirus using updated
definitions. Scan in Safe Mode. If you do not have an antivirus, get
one immediately. Here is a good one:

Thanks for the help.
I have an updated Norton and I have scanned a few times since I had
this problem.

Using "EasyCleaner" I just back up, scan the registry and deleted a
few entries.

Reboot and found that Microsoft "Help and Support" can't be accessed.

Undo the registry cleaning with the back up and
the Microsoft "Help and Support"continues to be dead.

Did a complete system restore from a recent back up and again the
Microsoft "Help and Support"continues to be dead.

All the symptoms of a virus, don't you agree?

No, not necessarily. This illustrates one of the reasons we techies
don't recommend using third-party registry cleaners. See the third item
down here from MVP Kelly Theriot:
