XP 64bit Workgroup problem

Workgroups worked fine with the XP 64bit trial system but now I have bought
and installed the XP64 bit 2003 I cannot get workgroups working.
 
Strange because they're working in my house perfectly. Exactly what is the
problem you're having with them?
