You bet. They want millions of people to use it for free. At least for a

It also depends on which time of day you're trying to connect. I'm in
northern Europe, and had absolutely no difficulty in connecting and
downloading it in the morning, local time.

It went RTM (released to manufacture) 3/31 ... you should be able to find it
soon. In my brief testing, it seems very much like RC2. More to come
