xobglu.dll message

When I try to load a CD into the CD Drive, I get an error
message Unableto copy the driver file
C:\WINDOWS\xobglu16.dll to your Windows directory, Your
disk may be full.

The C drive has over 75 GB available. Thanks for any
help.

You may not have administrator priviliages on the computer. It happene
to me when I was logged in as a user. When I switched to administrator
it worked fine
