i have downloaded this 3 or 4 times now and the update icon still appears in
the bottom right hand corner.i have checked and they have all downloaded
correctly,i have contacted microsoft but they refer me to my computer
suplier.can anyone help as microsoft dont really want to.it is their product
so they should be responsible for it even if it is sold with a computer.
