xl file running slow

Dear Excel Masters,

I have a problem in 1 excel file (other files are ok), when ever i
excecute any function or action ( copy / cut / paste / edit...etc..) it
takes long time to come back to ready mode, file is also not big,

i noticed, in the status bar it says "Calculating Cell : 00%" after few
min it will come back to ready mode.. then only i can work on this
file.

anybody can give solutions for this.
