Xerox Phaser 6200 Laser Printer

Xerox Phaser 6200 Laser Printer. No print, no nothing.

Front panel lights up, but panel is blank when power switch is on. Internal fans don't go on either. Can anyone tell me what's going on, or where I can get a service manual? Thanks.
