X button ir Right hand corner

How do I change the size of the _ Square X , in the top right hand corner
of a window. You know the one to hide, enlarge a window and click out of a
window . Mine are too small and I want to enlarge them. I've done it once
along time ago and can't seem to remember.
 
Right clic on Desktop/Display properties. Tinker there until satisfied, then
save settings to file, to have ready in the future.
