If I buy a new computer capable of handling Vista X64, do I need to buy new
software as well. I am mainly using Photoshop CS-2, Coreldraw and Office

No. Vista X64 will run most 32bit apps. And if you do have problems, you
can use compatibility mode, etc...

Office 2004 is a Mac product:
