WXP SP1: Workstation Locks after x mins w/ no screensaver set

We are currently running Windows XP SP1 across the board and we use SUS to
deploy security updates. After approving and deploying this months security
updates I have two reports of the following issue. User's have their
screensaver set to prompt for network password on resume. For some reason
after receiving the latest flurry of patches the machine locks the
workstation after whatever idle time limit is set on the screensaver
properties section, even if the screensaver is set to none. Before the
patches the machine would not lock at all if the screensaver was set to none.
Is anyone else seeing this?

I am seeing the same thing. I do not know which patch. I am still trying to
determine.
