Wrong welcome message in Outlook 2002

When starting OLXP (SP-3), I am greeted with 'Welcome to
Microsoft Outlook 2000', which version was supposedly
removed before installing Office XP. Any hints?

Search for welcome.msg in the Office installation folder and remove it
