Wrong web page loads

Sounds like your browser was hijacked. Possibly the entries are in your
hosts file. Get an AV solution and or get a spyware removal tool.
 
In the mean time, do a search for a file called HOSTS (with no extension.)
Should be in c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc. When you find it, delete it.
