Wrong Time

When I recieve an email in outlook.
It appears to have come one hour before if i change the timezone in outlook
an hour forward and manually set my clock all is fine but then windows clock
goes an hour forward has anyone else had this problem is there a solution

When we had this issue, it turned out that the sender of the email had the
wrong time on his pc. Hope that's all it is for you too.

Check the time settings, including the time zone and the DST settings,
on the server. Don't change the system clock, set it for the correct time,
time zone, and enable automatic DST if your area observes DST.
