Wrong outlook font for paragraph context

Office Outlook 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP2
MS Office Standard Edition 2003
XP Pro 5.1.2600 SP2 Build 2600

The paragraph font is Times New Roman however when I put the cursor into the
middle of the paragraph, new typing is in Arial font despite the surrounding
paragraph context. This behaviour is different than Windows 2000.

It's a bug that has been with Office for quite some time and even though
you're posting about it here, it's too minisicule for Microsoft to do
anything about it. So there is no use posting or asking about it, nothing
can or will be done.
