Wrong Language Displayed

Hi there, anyone have any idea why my English version of Windows XP
Professional have unknown (Arabic) text displayed a couple of places? e.g.
control panel > some icons of firewall etc..; some windows dialog boxes etc...

Should i reapply Windows XP SP2 to fix this problem? And what is the best
way to do this?
 
I am having the same problem. The months in the calendar are only displayed
in arabic everthing else is in english.
