Wrong Date

Hello,

I dont know if anyone has asked this question before as i am new to
this. I have Outlook 2000 and when I receive an email it is showing
the wrong time by an hour but the date is correct, can someone please
help me to ressurect this

Your TIME ZONE is incorrect.
