You mean it was really iffy whether Daddy's expensive, experienced, and
clever lawyer was going to get you off with probation, anger management, and
community service. That doesn't sound like "didn't plead guilty" and, hey,
sweetcheeks, it's already on your record, in the public record, and everybody
here has followed the link and seen it. Keep up denying that you plead
guilty and they're likely to cancel your probation and give you an
opportunity to build your character.

So Sorry For The Poor Liar

convicted is different than plead.

sorry
and no, it's not a matter of record because nothing goes on my record
today a year ago or a year from now.

Look for case number 07-1-05748-6

and _NO_ they did not convict me with anything that they charged me
with
nor did i plead guilty

Yeah that's right, they fined you, made you do community service, sent you
on an anger management course and put you on probation, all because you were
innocent...

I'm not saying that I was found innocent.
But I plead guilty to a MUCH smaller charge with 'deferred
prosecution'

The prosecution rests, m'lud.

Right, your daddy's money and lawyer got you an easier sentence.
