Writing data to DVDRW using Windowx XP SP3

I am unable to write data to my DVD RW drive does Windows XP PRO SP3 allow
writing to DVD's?
 
You can get a third party program such as CD Burner XP which is free
and burns Dvd's. Do a google search and download. WinXP by itself does not
have Dvd burning capabilites.

No.

Natively Windows XP has not done DVD+/-R/RW since its creation up until
today. Third party software is required (and recommended.)
