Anyone know how to write your own Cusom Rules Action? Documentation? Code?

Jocelyn: Thanks, but I have seen this page before... In fact, what I was
looking for was the 'AutoRead for Outlook' custom action; that is what I
have wanted - a way to make my rule delete a message -AND- mark it as read.
Unfortunately, that custom action on that page doesn't work - I have put it
into my Outlook 2000 and it just doesn't do anything.

So that is why I thought I could write my own - I am a programmer so I
probably could do it once I knew the format.

Oops, I meant the 'MarkRead' custom action (the free one) - NOT AutoRead!
