I recenly had to write my computer to zero, and needed to
reload windows XP. Problem: When entering the setup
portion of the reload they ask for a 25 digit number
found on the jewel case. I didn't get my cd's in a case,
they came sealed in a plastic bag when I brought my
computer thru Gateway. How can I get this number because
I can't use the product without registering? Thanks,
please e-mail

Did you look all over your computer for that 25-digit number?
Most computer manufacturer affix it somewhere on the computer.
If you can't find it, then you need to call Gateway support and request
a replacement.
