Wrapped cells

Hi, does anybody know how to make context of let's say A2 stay in the left corner top if text in B2 was wrapped. Excel automatically moves everything in A2 to the right corner bottom.
Appreciate any help :-)
 
Format / Cells / Alignment tab / Vertical Setting - Set to Top
