Wrap text, or sort cells.

Information currently displayed along x axis. Can I sort?

Can I wrap teh text onto the y axis and sort the data?
 
I don't understand the second question at all.

I'm not sure about the first question ; if it's any help, there's an Options
button on the Sort dialog. That takes you to a sub-dialog with a Sort Left
to Right option.
