Wrap text in field label

some of my field names are longer than the data contained in the field, how
can i increase the label row height and wrap the field name text. in a
datasheet subform. can this also be done on a table??

Sorry, this option is not available in a Table or in Form Datasheet
View.
I would suggest you use a Form in Continuous View.
You can make it appear almost as if it were in datasheet view, and
size the labels however you wish. To display the label text on more
than one line use Ctrl+Enter to line space the text where wanted.
