SubForm Label Height

I am using a subform embedded into a form and both are used in form view.
Behind the scenes I use the ctrl+enter keys to wrap the text for the subform
labels but when I return to form view the text which has been wrapped does
not appear due to label height. Can I increase the subform label height
without increasing record row height and if so how?

Also can I cause the record row height in a subform to grow when printed
based on one fields data being entered as such that it is more than what will
visibly fit in the box on the screen?

Which version of Access? My 2003 labels grow with the text typed including
the Ctr/ent text wrapping? changing the size of the lable does not affect the
size of the Control. You can have 10 point in the Control and 16 point
Standar weight in the Control Heavy in the label you just need to make sure
you are selecting the label. By the way, if you find the label is too small
for the text by some chance. Right click the label and select Size. the lable
should then re-size to fit the Text. Perhaps that is what you need.

I think you would be better of generating a report the accomplish your
printing, you can then set the textbox to grow and shrink which should
accomodate your date field.

I am using version 2007.

I apologize, the subform is in datasheet view. This might make a difference
to your response.

As for generating a report can I somehow copy the form and subform and paste
directly into a report to reduce the time of building a report as I need the
report to look identical to my form? How?

Ahhh, yes that does make a difference, I don't think you can chang the label
height in data sheet view. You can only change the font size. By clicking the
Windows globe, top left of the database, select access options at the bottom
of the popup menu, select datasheet left hand side of the new menu, amonst
other things you can change the font size, background colours to the
datasheet.

I cannot find a short way of making a report in the manner that you require.
I have a feeling I have seen an article on this subject in the news group
some months ago but I'm not sure if that was in Access 2007. I have tried
create report from form. It doesn't seem to like it.
