WPS files are generated by MS Works.. RTF files can be generated by a number
of word processors AND Wordpad.. while I can understand you having problems
with .wps documents, I am surprised that Wordpad doesn't pick up the .rtf
documents..
You should ask the sender to use the .txt format and resend them..
