Would like to enter a series of meetings same not recurring

I would like to be able to post a series of meetings to my calendar that
would all be identical in title, location, etc. but would have multiple dates
that don't fit any particular recurrence pattern.

For example, if a committee at the end of one meeting picks their next 5
meeting dates simply by comparing calendars, when I come back I have to enter
them all individually. I'd like to be able to put "new series" and then
enter all the basic info once and then list the dates separately.

Well.. you could create it in Excel and import or create one in Outlook and
copy and paste...

You may want to try WS Repeat Appointments - it is an add-in that allows you
to submit non-standard recurring appointments. I use it and for the times
that I need to schedule non-standard recurring appointments, it is a great
tool.

http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/Repeat Appointment/ They have a
trial that you might want to use to see if it does what you want.
