I can't update the anti-spyware. I have placed all of
the comments and the microsoft anti-spyware as exceptions
to my XP Service Pack Two Firewall. Internet Browser and
netscape are not sent up for offline. Dialup.

Tough one, you say its not a network issue and you positive you are not Off
Line. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software? Which build
are you running?

Exact same problem...I downloaded it from the internet
and am sending this from the same pc but when I try to do
the update I get this message "Warning, could not connect
to the internet."
Removed and reinstalled version 1.0.509 Any ideas ???
