Worth it to upgrade from "2000 pro" to "xp pro"?

This is my personal computer but i am also in the process
of building a network for my business. Any thoughts are

Not for me. I have both, and the XP is causing me all

kinds of problems. I am in process of trying to remove
XP and replace with 2000 pro on all my machines. XP a
real problem if you try to install a second (large) disk
drive, esp if you ave a non ata and an ata.
