worm

I have a worm in MSN Message,it's taken control and I'm
haveing prblems getting rid.I use Norton.I.Sec.
F/Wall.Keep Pest patrol and run as needed, but neither
will shift this one.Loosing control Fast.Also have all
major Trojan/Worm removers and have run most of them.Help.

Yeah - great..
But which worm?
Gone to Symantec and looked it up and done the manual removal?
