I keep getting message system unable to disinfect file

I"m new to this and need help to fix this problem worm
virus

HELP...

Where does it say the file is? If its in the System Volume Information
folder, go to Control Panel, System, System Restore. Turn it off, reboot,
turn it back on. If its somewhere else, and your AV software can't delete
it, boot the computer in Safe Mode and run your antivirus software again.
