Worm Fix

Instruction for the fix says to disable System Restore.
To do that I must have Administrator Rights. How do I
get them? I am running a home edition of XP.

Log on with an account that is a member of the administrator group.

Control Panel> User Accounts will show the name and group of each user in
the initial screen.
