Not only that, they will expose your private information, and then add
more false information to US companies trying to find exporters in
China.Just go to www.worldbydata.com and you will see the plethora of
viruses your AV detects.

So....YOU are posting a Web site that you know contains viruses?

Does the word 'schmuck' mean anything to you?

Alan

....and, YOU posted the original message including the web site that contains
viruses instead of editing it out.

Do the words 'bigger shmuck' mean anything to you?

You don't even have to visit it, to see whether trouble awaits.
If the site has been checked already, you can see what it
has to offer.

http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/worldbydata.com

It links to this site, which got a "red" rating.

Download Analysis

FlashGet (0003.exe) CnsMin,Adware-FlashGet,Adware-CoolBar
qq2007ii_beta1.exe Adware-TCent

Most of the times I've tried siteadvisor, the site in question
had not been checked. And if you add a site to the queue, it
never gets checked.

Hi Paul,

I've visited more than a few sites that didn't have 'bad' site advisor
ratings, but as soon as I reached the Web page via Google, I've had popups
telling me that my machine is infected and that I need to download their
anti-malware application.

While site advisor ratings are somewhat useful in helping to avoid visiting
bad sites, unfortunately they're not foolproof by any means.

Can't find anything dangerous at all in this site...

anyway, a webstie can only infect your machine if you are using a bad
browser, like most of your are.

I was warning people of the danger,If your'e dumb enough to click the
link after being told its a virus thats your idiocy.
I didnt even know it would show as a link,Im not an html
programmer. And as far as what Farpado said, whether you use
a dated browser or not,a website still should not inject viruses at
the onset of opening the page. But the worse issue
is this site claiming to bring sellers and buyers together, and then
taking your private info and listing it along with fraudulent
information. The economy is already spiraling down the drain without
people like this adding insult to injury.Plus its illegal,
so is pirating but that never stopped a communist country before
either.

Some can, if you have some features enabled in IE.

So, it's a phishing site?
report it to (e-mail address removed)

I visited the site. NOD32 stays quiet. Nothing pops up to warn me of
viruses. Btw, none of the scripts kicks in because I have NoScript
installed.
