Workstation Access

I have a machine that the user has left the school. They
never provided the access passwords/accounts to the
machine. When I tired to reset it up for next user, they
have removed al their accounts and changed the password
that is suppose I placed on every machine so I can have
access. How do you get the program to skip or get into
the workstation?

And he was my boss, the Principal who knew enough to be
dangerous but wouldn't tell me the passwords because
of "security". They fired his butt but I left with his
computer.
