worksheets equaling other worksheets

I have a main workbook that I would like to feed a scenerios workbook. How
can I make an entire worksheet equal another worksheet (value & format),
without making formulas in each cell? Once these two worksheets are linked,
I need to make rows in other sheets equal specific rows is the main scenerio
worksheet.
Any suggestions...

Pretty difficult to link sheets to one another without formulas.

Make a copy of the main worksheet.

Select the specific rows on the main sheet and copy then switch to the copied
sheet then select where you want to paste and Edit>Paste Special>Paste
Links>OK>Esc.
