Worksheet tabs on multiple lines?

Is it possible to change the behavior of the worksheet tabs to display on
multiple rows?

Third party tools that can completely alter Excel's user interface? They
don't exist. YOU CAN'T DO THIS IN EXCEL.

No.

Right-click on one of navigation arrows at bottom left to see a pop-up of
sheets to choose from if that is your goal.

If not sufficient, post back. There are other methods using VBA.
