Works fails after SP2

After installing SP2, Works letter wizard is none
responsive to inputs,after selecting envelope size etc,
the 'next' button won't go on to next page. If you select
another tab manualy the previous inputs are lost.I've got
a back up version made prior to SP2 and this was fine.
Anyone got any thoughts on this?
