Workpad document downloading problem

Hi,

Fisrtly, by the nature of my question you may know my knowledge of anything
pc related is extremely!!! limited so i apologise if the solution is an easy
one.

Waht i'm trying to do is download an application from(Workpad document) from
a companies website but i get the following message :-

'unable to load graphics conversion filter.continue with conversion?'

Even whern i click 'yes' nothing seems to happen, what if any settings would
i have to change?

I assume you mean Wordpad?

If so, you are trying to open a document that was created with a late
version of Word.
Wordpad is not a suitable program for opening such files.
