Working with split screens

I am trying to open Access and Money on one screenso I can copy data from
money to a Access data base with out minimizeing and open other screen
Question : Can I have both programmes open and visable on one screen like a
split screen between the two open programmes. ???

So what happens if you try, having adjusted each apps window size.?
You can also Alt + Tab between apps
