Working with a document compared in Delta View

Is there a way to accept/decline changes that was created in Delta View
software?
 
I have never used DeltaView, but from messages posted here in the past, I
get the impression that the markup is done graphically and cannot be
changed, at least not with Word's Track Changes feature; surely there must
be some way within DeltaView if you have the software.

From the Web site at http://www.workshare.com/, it appears that the software
is now called Workshare. According to
http://www.workshare.com/products/compare-doc-basic/software-features.aspx,
the Basic version allows you to mark up docs, but you have to have Workshare
Professional in order to "Manage changes and accept and reject edits."
